PMI Talent Triangle: Technical Project Management

More about this month's topic: Project Management is at least 90% communication. I’m not just talking about sending out status reports or facilitating meetings, though. It’s not just how well you write work emails or handle face-to-face conversations. Are all of those things important? Critically, yes. But there is far more to Communication when you consider it in the realm of Project Management than most Project Managers are even aware of, let alone excel at. At the very least I’d like to make you aware of them so your subconscious mind can chew on the complexities and help you learn how to communicate effectively where projects are concerned. The extreme benefit to this for you personally is that these tips and tricks work in every aspect of Life, not just on projects…why? Because everything is a project and everyone is a project manager! This will be a four-hour condensation of the book in my Everything’s a Project (and Everyone’s a Project Manager) series that focuses on Communication.
